JK Northrup has been playing guitar, touring, writing songs, recording and composing music professionally for over 25 years.

A multi-instrumentalist and acclaimed guitarist, recording artist, recording engineer, music producer and mastering specialist, JK has been a part of millions of albums sold worldwide and has played and recorded with many gold and platinum recording artists over his long career.

While still maintaining his solo music career writing songs, playing guitar and other instruments for his and other artists albums, JK is also the owner and operator of Alien Productions Music in Carmichael California where he records, mixes and masters many albums and projects worldwide.

JK Northrup has been a long time regular on MR Records and we are very pleased to have JK back & also warmly welcome Ed Balldinger to the MR Records family and look forward to working with them throughout the release of the above project.
